Jonathan Smith
Director
Jonathan spent nearly a decade at Knight Frank, first at the firm's Baker Street headquarters and then in the House team at the flagship Knightsbridge office. His understanding of the global residential market is shaped by time spent living in the United States, Switzerland, and South Kensington, where he remains based. He read History with a specialism in Architecture at Queen Mary, University of London, and holds a Masters in Politics.

Adam Fiennes
Director
Adam has worked across the prime central London property market for over 35 years, making him one of the capital's most experienced residential property advisors. He has acted for family offices, sovereign wealth funds, international high-net-worth individuals, and institutional buyers. His network across Kensington, Chelsea, and South Kensington is one of the deepest in the market, built over decades of trusted, repeat relationships.

Mike Sands MRICS
Director
Mike is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS-registered Valuer with over 15 years of experience across prime central London sales, lettings, and property management. He spent a decade at Knight Frank, rising to Partner in the Kensington office where he led the Core Market sales department and advised on transactions up to £20m. He is the founding director of Fairway, a London-based residential consultancy and serviced accommodation business. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from London South Bank University and a BA in Classics from King's College London.

Kris Ericsson
Partner
Kris has over 20 years of experience across residential lettings, prime central London sales, commercial property, and hospitality. He spent nine years at Knight Frank as Partner and Office Head before co-founding Smith and Ericsson, an award-winning boutique lettings advisory serving PCL landlords. He is PLL's day-to-day operator, personally managing every instruction from appraisal through to tenancy completion. Born in Sweden and raised between London and southern Spain, he is fluent in English, Spanish, and Swedish.
